Fuller & Oliver Drop The Gloves – During the final minutes of a BCHL game between the Vernon Vipers and Victoria Grizzlies, a scrap broke out between Viper defenceman Landon Fuller and Victoria’s blueliner Chace Oliver. Oliver instigated the fisticuffs after Fuller had dished out a pair of big hits during his shift.
Give credit to the 17-year-old Oliver who had the nerve to try and defend one of his teammates but his 6-foot-1 170 lbs frame was no match for Fuller who stands almost 6-foot-6 and 225 lbs and is arguably one of the toughest BCHL players in the league. Take nothing away from Fuller who was forced to drop the gloves and make short work of the youngster.
